- Always start from the ShopBack app, website or browser extension, then click through to the shop.
- Read each shop's cashback rate and terms. Most shops do not count shipping or tax.
- Cashback shows as Pending within 48 hours and becomes Confirmed once the shop validates the purchase.
- Withdraw to your bank once Confirmed Cashback reaches RM10 (excluding bonuses). Up to RM300 a day; it arrives within 10 calendar days.
