RM450 a month for JKM-registered persons with disabilities who work (employed or self-employed) with income under the JKM limit.
- Check the criteria: a citizen living and working in Malaysia, aged 16 or over and not a student, holding a JKM OKU card, with monthly income (all sources count) under the set limit. Check the latest limit with JKM. A RM2,000 limit is proposed (Budget 2027).
- Apply on eBantuanJKM: choose Daftar Permohonan Atas Talian, complete the eligibility check and upload documents (MyKad, OKU card, income statement or a self-employed income declaration, a utility bill as proof of address, a bank statement).
