Akaun Fleksibel withdrawals can be applied online via the KWSP i-Akaun app, i-Akaun portal or an EPF office
1. Log into the KWSP i-Akaun app and choose Withdrawal > Fleksibel.

  1. Log into the KWSP i-Akaun app and choose Withdrawal > Fleksibel.
  2. Enter the amount (min RM50) and choose an active bank account in your own name.
  3. Accept the declaration and authorise via i-Akaun Secure or TAC.
