JKPTG – Pembahagian Pusaka Kecil (MyLAND)

Heirs can apply online to divide a deceased person's estate (land, house, savings, shares, vehicles) worth up to RM5 million.

  1. Check it qualifies: the estate is worth up to RM5 million. For a non-Muslim, there is no will.
  2. Register on MyLAND (www.myland.gov.my) and fill in a new application (Form A, Section 8).
  3. Upload copies of the death certificate, ICs of the applicant and heirs, birth certificates of heirs under 18 and the marriage certificate.
  4. The hearing notice comes by email. The order fee is 0.2% for an estate under RM2 million (e.g. RM200 for RM100,000).
  5. Take the order and the original title to the Land Office to register it. Enquiries: 03-8871 2999.
