Claim money back from a seller or service provider for goods or services you bought, up to RM50,000. The fee is RM5.
- Make sure you are a consumer (bought for yourself or your household, not a business), the claim is up to RM50,000 and arose within 3 years.
- File Form 1 online on e-Tribunal or at a Tribunal registry office. The filing fee is RM5.
- Serve one copy of Form 1 on the other party within 14 days of it being returned to you.
- Attend the hearing date. A lawyer cannot represent you.
