SARA Bulanan (penerima STR)

Monthly MyKad credit for STR 2026 recipients: RM50/RM100 a month, or RM100/RM200 for eKasih poor and extreme-poor households. For basic goods, not cash.

1. Make sure you have applied for STR 2026 on the LHDN Bantuan Tunai portal. SARA Bulanan goes to STR recipients.
2. Check eligibility and your balance with your MyKad number on the MyKasih status page.
3. Credit arrives every month, January–December 2026: RM100/RM200 (eKasih poor/extreme poor) or RM50/RM100 (other STR recipients). Unused balance carries over to the next month.
4. At a participating store, pick SARA-labelled items (15 categories of basic goods).
5. At the counter, show your MyKad; the cashier scans it and you pay with the SARA balance on your MyKad. Keep the receipt.
