KPM – Elaun Murid Berkeperluan Khas (EMBPK)
RM150 a month (RM200 proposed, Budget 2027) for pupils with disabilities who hold a JKM OKU card, at government or government-aided schools.
- Check eligibility: a Malaysian pupil holding a JKM OKU card at a government or government-aided school, from preschool to Form 6, including vocational and matriculation colleges.
- The pupil must not get another scholarship or allowance (except BSHP at matriculation college). If your child has no OKU card yet, register with JKM first.
- Give the school a copy of the OKU card. The school credits the allowance to the pupil's account. RM200 a month proposed (Budget 2027).
