Flood relief cash, BWI (RM1,000)
NADMA – Bantuan Wang Ihsan (BWI) bencana
A one-off RM1,000 to the head of household whose home was hit by a declared flood or disaster. You must register at the relief centre (PPS) through the MyIBJKM app.
- Now (before a flood): download the MyIBJKM app, register with your MyKad and fill in your household and bank details.
- When told to evacuate, go to the relief centre (PPS) and scan its QR code in MyIBJKM. Registering is enough even if you don't stay overnight. Register before the PPS closes.
- RM1,000 is paid straight to the head of household's bank account. Once per Northeast Monsoon season (Nov-Mar), or once every 3 months outside it. Flash floods don't qualify.
