Search and claim unclaimed money, e.g. dormant accounts.

  1. Register a user account on the eGUMIS portal.
  2. Click 'KLIK DI SINI UNTUK CARIAN WANG TAK DITUNTUT' and search with your IC number.
  3. Pick the record, click 'Teruskan Dengan Permohonan', then add recipient and bank details.
  4. Upload the MANDATORY documents: UMA-7 form, IC copy (front & back), front page of an active bank book/statement in your name (no Tabung Haji/investment/loan/e-wallet).
  5. Agree to the terms and click Hantar. Any ORIGINAL documents go by counter/registered post within 7 working days.
  6. Check status on the portal. Payment within 30 working days of the confirmation notice. No charges, and JANM appoints no agents.
