- Register a user account on the eGUMIS portal.
- Click 'KLIK DI SINI UNTUK CARIAN WANG TAK DITUNTUT' and search with your IC number.
- Pick the record, click 'Teruskan Dengan Permohonan', then add recipient and bank details.
- Upload the MANDATORY documents: UMA-7 form, IC copy (front & back), front page of an active bank book/statement in your name (no Tabung Haji/investment/loan/e-wallet).
- Agree to the terms and click Hantar. Any ORIGINAL documents go by counter/registered post within 7 working days.
- Check status on the portal. Payment within 30 working days of the confirmation notice. No charges, and JANM appoints no agents.
