Air Selangor: bayaran balik deposit & terlebih bayar

Moving house, or overpaid your water bill? Request a refund of your deposit (active account or an old closed one), an overpayment or a payment made to the wrong account in the Air Selangor app or website. Processed within 12 working days once documents are complete.

1. Settle any unpaid bills, then log in to the Air Selangor app or airselangor.com and apply to close the account / request a refund. Closed an old account but forgot to ask for the deposit? You can still apply.
2. Prepare the signed Closing Account and Refund of Deposit form, a copy of your MyKad, and a bank book/statement page showing the water account owner's name, the bank name and the account number. The names must match.
3. Overpaid a bill, or paid into someone else's water account (or paid Air Selangor when it should have been TNB)? Request that money back too. Requests are processed within 12 working days once documents are complete.
4. Account closed and inactive for over a year? The money has been moved to the Accountant General's Department (JANM). Search and claim it on the eGUMIS portal with your MyKad number.
